My husband and I were very indecisive where to take our vehicle for repairs. After google and coming across J&K Automotive and reading the reviews we decided to go ahead an make a appointment. From the first moment I spoke to Billy I just knew we made the right decision. Billy and his crew are very honest, polite, trustworthy, and caring Christian people. Our vehicle had to go in a couple of times before we left for our vacation and they were always patient with us and were very honest on what was wrong. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! I just wanted to thank you guys for making our family feel safer going on our trip! We will defiantly be coming back for our furture vehicle repairs. I thank the lord for guiding our family to your family body shop!

Just moved to Maryland from Michigan and my alternator went out. Billy of J & K Automotive was very helpful in diagnosing my issue over the phone, giving me the name of a tow company that would take my insurance, and quoting me a fair price. Once at J & K I was treated with respect and was walked thoroughly through what they would be doing to my vehicle. I am very grateful for Billy and his crew, they made my break down in a strange town as pleasant as possible. God truly blessed me through them. I also appreciate their boldness in which they share their love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Took my car here after having it sit at the dealership for two weeks with know work being done. They were able to identify and fix the vehicle quickly for a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.

Everyone complains about dishonest car mechanics and how difficult it is to find reputable, reliable, forthright, competent and honest repair shops. This is one of the few. Billy and Rick have made it a point that if their shop cannot be run the right way then they wouldnt have bothered to run a business at all. What you will find here throughout the entire shop are people of integrity and principles who care about the quality of their work and about the lives of those who bring their vehicles to them. This is not just a job for these guys; it is a calling. I have been richly blessed just to get to know these guys let alone the help they've given me in fixing my car. How can you not give an auto repair shop like this one the highest recommendation possible? I am sure God will continue to bless this business for everyone that encounters them is blessed.
