Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

What is it about Five Star Automotive Repair that makes me return again and again for all of my car services? Is it the familial place where you feel like you're being taken care of? Is it Joe's insane skills at finding the right issue with my car every time? Is it the hour they spent on the phone trying to find the best deal for me for an expensive part?
I have been a happy customer ever since this place has been under Joe's management. It is such a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by your name and made to feel like you're the best customer in the world. I live in San Diego, but have commuted to work in LA many times. I always schedule an appointment for maintenance service on the way there and be in and out in a timely matter.
I highly recommend this place.
