Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

I am a road warrior, logging sometimes more than 1000 miles a week in my job as a clinical consultant for a medical equipment company. You would think I would be a pro at dealing with car trouble while on the road, but it still induces stress when it happens far from home. So, it's nice when I have a problem and find out there are still folks who are happy to help a damsel in distress.
Last week, I was on my way back to the Bay Area after a meeting in Redding. Just a few miles outside of town, there was a big chunk of truck tire in the middle of my lane. I was unable to abound hitting it and could tell it really hit the undercarriage of my car, but the car kept going and no warning lights so I figured all was well. A few more miles down the road, however, another car came up next to me and the passenger was waving her hands around, indicating there was something wrong with my car. I got off at the next exit and found myself in the town of Anderson. I pulled into a McDonalds parking lot and upon inspection the car, I could see that the plastic cover on the underside of the car was hanging by one bolt. Clearly I couldn't make the 200 mile drive home like that, and being in a dress and heels I was no way climbing under myself to remove the thing. I googled "auto shops" and Anderson Automotive was the closest to my location, so I drove there. Before I even got parked in their lot, Nick came out of the garage, and when I got out said " you've got a weird noise going on there" and proceeded to assess the situation, finding that there was also a cover at the front of the undercarriage falling off as well. He quickly fixed the one on the back, removed the one on the front and placed it in my backseat and told me i was good to go! I asked him how much I owed him, and he said "nothing". It's rare to find someone who will help like this not expecting to get paid and I really appreciated it! I know a shop that hires people if such integrity as Nick must do great work, so if you're broke down in Anderson, go see these folks. They will treat you right!
